The shower gel was not replaced and there were only two towels available for four guests which was a bit of a letdown

The rooftop pool was a very nice area, especially in the evening. Breakfast provided many options to choose from and I was happy. The complimentary shuttle made trips to the beach and mall quite easy. The room was big and the bed super comfortable..

Sink taps were hard to open. I also ran out of shower gel. There were only two towels provided for four of us.

The room was spacious and included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The air conditioning worked very well. The room also featured a minibar stocked with water and soft drinks, very nice. I slept well in the bed!

The hotel gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. I appreciated having access to both a sauna and a steam room!

Solid stay near the Gold Souk

metro station shuttle service friendly staff varied meals

The hotel is situated close to the gold souk and a metro station, it helped me move around easily. The shuttle service was useful. It goes to the mall. The staff always acted in a friendly manner, that's appreciable. The meals had variety and the staff helped me a lot.

I found the pool a bit small for such A large hotel. There were only a few loungers available.

The building has a well maintained entrance and a tidy lobby. There is sufficient parking space available under the building, so finding a spot was never hard. The outdoor pool offers a view but it is a bit small, maybe too small.

The staff members I interacted with were SUPPORTIVE and personable. Arranging suitable rooms was no problem for them. When I asked for assistance, the team was quick and efficient and responded promptly.

The breakfast included many choices. There was Indian, Western, and Arabic food available so most people will find something. The restaurant staff are fast so tables are cleaned quickly and kept tidy.

an okay stay, but some issues

slow service broken umbrellas

the rooms were clean upon arrival, which i appreciated.

The service, however, was quite slow. It took nearly 48 minutes for someone to address an electrical issue i reported the first night. the pool attendant refused to assist us because we didn't tip him, and the pool umbrellas were broken during the summer heat. this made it very difficult to find shade.
