the district felt a bit outside the city center, though easy car access made it manageable. U4 access worked all day. the standard of quality I expect from this chain met my needs, and the parking availability and price were good for my long weekend. breakfast was really good!

I requested cleaning services through the room iPad, however, my room wasn't cleaned daily.

the room was spacious. the location felt quite central, convenient

the check-in process was a bit rough. i arrived and the front desk staff seemed somewhat disorganized, it took longer than expected to get my room key, it was like they were understaffed or not properly trained. plus, the tv remote didn't work, so i had to manually change channels, a minor but annoying inconvenience.

the hotel is close to the u-bahn station. this made getting around the city easy (i enjoyed the convenience). there are several dining options and a supermarket nearby. the room was modern with new furniture.

some hair was left on the bed sheets. i found this a bit off-putting. the personnel were not very helpful. the room felt just okay.

I wasn't impressed with the service. the cleaning staff apparently took my water bottle. It was one i'd bought. also, they stopped cleaning the wc halfway through and just left their equipment inside.

The room was modern and very comfortable. The cleanliness was good. The staff was friendly. They allowed us to leave luggage during our trip. The breakfast was one of the BEST I've had on my travels. Everything I needed to start the day was available.
