convenient seaside stay

I appreciated the recently refurbished communal areas. They looked fresh i found the staff to be responsive when issues arose, quickly addressing my concerns. the location was excellent, providing easy access to the beach and town centre. also i could reach many beaches across cornwall .

the lift was very compact i felt claustrophobic. this made transporting luggage challenging. noise was also sometimes an issue.

The staff were helpful and kind. They greeted me with a smile each day. They resolved a small issue in my room quickly. The location was perfect for accessing town. I could also drive out easily without traffic problems.

Parking was limited when I arrived. I could unload the car at the front. The receptionist directed me to a nearby car park. Breakfast did not include bacon. This was disappointing as I like bacon with my breakfast..

The staff are really good. They helped me with bags and addressed issues quickly. They are very kind and knowledgeable about the hotel. I appreciate the location, because all amenities are available. i found the staff were hard working and very helpful.

The decor needs a small update. It did not ruin the stay.

Caroline and Maria at reception were very good! They arranged balloons in our upgraded sea view room for my partner's birthday. The staff in the restaurant were cute at breakfast and wished my partner a happy birthday. Such friendly service made our mornings special. The sea view was beautiful!

The lift was quite small. Our family with luggage barely fit.
