The Alverton offers 53 bedrooms in the main house and The Courtyard. Classic rooms feature a double or twin bed, desk, chair, and ensuite. These rooms were previously servants' quarters or nuns' rooms. Courtyard rooms are located a short distance from the main hotel. Garden View rooms have views of The Alverton's gardens and terrace and include antique furniture, a desk, and a king-size bed. Executive Suites, in the main house, have separate lounge areas, sofas, and refrigerators. Junior Suites include roll-top bathtubs. All rooms include free toiletries, bathrobes, a private bathroom with a bath or shower, a hairdryer, slippers, tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, carpeted floors, heating, and a flat-screen TV. Ironing facilities are available.
Restaurant and Bar
The Alverton features a two AA-rosette award-winning restaurant that overlooks the lawns, terrace, and trees. The restaurant serves British cuisine using Cornish ingredients. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The restaurant offers lunch, sharing plates, and afternoon tea. Sunday lunch is available. The Alverton bar and terrace offers cocktails, artisan spirits, local brews, and Cornish ales. The bar features a log fire. The daytime menu is available from 12 PM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday. The dinner menu is available from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The Great Hall hosts weddings, events, and conferences. The Courtyard offers a space for meetings. The Alverton hosts Summer Garden Sessions, comedy shows, themed balls, theatre, and gin festivals. The Alverton is located a short walk from Truro's cathedral and streets. Newquay is 30 km away. The hotel is close to the Eden Project, Pendennis Castle, Tate St Ives, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, and Bodmin Moor.
