faulty light loud noise
the lights in the room were not all working, i only saw one out of three. i told the owner, but he didn't seem to care much. also, i could hear a lot of noise from the room above mine at 3 am, it was very loud. i found the owner not helpful at all.

strange smell improper cleaning
the breakfast was okay, a self service setup.
the room had a strange smell. i found a false eyelash stuck to the remote control. i am not convinced the rooms are cleaned properly.

paper thin walls weird shower head
breakfast was okay i guess it had food that you could eat
the room i had faced the street and the noise kept me up most of the night plus the walls are paper thin so every conversation next door seemed like they were in the same room the bathroom situation was weird too the shower head sprayed water everywhere except where you wanted it

Wonderful stay!
excellent breakfast polite staff ideal location
The breakfast was excellent with many choices available. Staff members were polite and kind. The location was ideal, a short walk from the Winter Gardens. I will recommend this hotel.
The bathroom had some mould. I believe updating it would improve the stay.

The hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions.. it was approximately three minutes on foot to the Winter Gardens, a detail I found particularly helpful.

The owners were cute, and the staff demonstrated a commitment to hospitality. They were always very friendly and ready to assist with any requests.

The room was quite clean, and towels were replaced daily. The bed was comfortable. Everything was nothing messy.

decent stay overall
amazing breakfast great location limited beer unresponsive staff
The breakfast was amazing i found lots to choose from? the location is pretty great. I could easily walk to nearby attractions!
The bar didn't have beer on tap only cans. That was disappointing. some lights in my room weren't working. I reported it to the owner, but they didn't seem too bothered

Acceptable stay with some issues.
faulty lights loud noise
The staff showed great hospitality.
Only one of three lights worked in my room, and the owner did not fix it . Loud talking from the room above kept me awake until 3 AM. The bar only offered cans. A can of beer and lemonade cost £4.60.
