i found the owners very friendly. the room was large, very clean, and comfortable. a great continental breakfast was included. i appreciated the convenient location. the hotel is dog friendly, great for my travel companion.
i noticed the shower temperatures varied quite a bit.

The location offered convenient access to shops. A community fridge was available in the lounge. I appreciated the very reasonable honesty bar in the lounge.
The room looked clean upon entry, but it needed a deep clean. I noticed plastic table covers on all surfaces, including in the dining room. The bedding felt bobbly.
