dusty room unclean bathroom

The staff was friendly enough. I guess.

The room was a letdown. It felt old and not well cared for. there was dust in many spots! really off-putting, and the shared bathroom wasn't as clean as i expect a hotel to be.

amazing highland getaway

fresh breakfast dog friendly convenient accommodation

The breakfast had a great selection and everything tasted fresh. The hotel welcomes dogs, a big plus for pet owners. I also found it very convenient that the accommodation provided everything needed for my overnight stay.

The ladies public toilets in the bar could use some attention.

the staff were really kind to me. breakfast was included and it had many options, including a vegan scottish breakfast, i really enjoyed it.

my room had some issues, i found a large cobweb. the bedside light did not work, a little inconvenient..

The shower's water PRESSURE was not great. It did do the job! but slowly. i also thought the room could have been cleaner. There was dust in some corners. It wasn't AWFUL, but noticeable.

Acceptable stay. Some issues noticed

thin walls melted socket

I found the walls to be quite thin. I could hear the person in the next room throughout the night. The earplugs provided were not sufficient. This made for a very restless night. The melted socket near the kettle also posed a safety hazard. It requires immediate attention from maintenance.

i found the breakfast to be quite good. the staff were very friendly and helpful . the location was convenient, close to the bus stop.

the water pressure in the shower was somewhat low.
