helpful staff safe storage great breakfast
The staff helped me with my luggage. They also stored my bike safely. Breakfast included a great selection of food. The room had nice pillows, which I did appreciate. The evening meal was really good too.

helpful staff bicycle space great breakfast
the staff was very helpful and responsive. they made space in a locked room for my bicycle. they also kept the kitchen open for my late arrival, even offering to prepare something for me to eat after hours. just really decent people, and a GREAT breakfast next morning.
the cute wasn't the BEST but thought a one off. the cleaning lady was so rude. it was like being back at school not what you expected as a guest. it was a shame AS the hotel owners apologised but it left a bad taste as can imagine.

location was great. the hotel IS a perfect base for touring sutherland. the hotel IS also ideal if you are a biker, you can do loops out and back.

solid highland stay
helpful staff great breakfast excellent location
The location was excellent. It served as a great base. The staff were helpful and responsive, finding space for my bicycle. Breakfast was really good the next morning! I also appreciated the evening meal and how they accommodated gluten-free needs.
the room i stayed in felt a little small, it could benefit from a bit more space.

Wi-fi connection was reliable throughout the hotel, this allowed me to stay connected. the hotel's proximity to loch shin allows for easy access. the nc500 route is very close by. parking was available on-site. It was always easy to find a space.
