The Bear of Rodborough Hotel is often praised for its charming character and convenient location in the Cotswolds, near beautiful nature trails where cows and horses roam freely. Guests consistently enjoy the well-maintained rooms, often describing them as comfortable and equipped with quality amenities such as Molton Brown toiletries and a good selection of teas and coffees; some have found the food a bit inconsistent, though. the room overlooked a very noisy road. i asked to be moved but was told the hotel was full, fair enough. however, nothing further came from the reception staff. they apologized but didn't offer anything else, such as a complimentary drink. that could have helped the situation, but it didn't happen.
