The staff were REALLY helpful! The hotel gave me AMAZING advice for local cafes for breakfast. I also appreciated the full-length bath. It was perfect.

My room faced a main road. The road noise was a LITTLE louder than expected. The double-glazed window panes have failed.

I visited friends and stayed for three nights. The hotel features a car park at the rear. I appreciated this. The double room included tea, coffee facilities and complimentary biscuits. The ensuite shower room had plenty of towels. IT suited my needs. The owners are lovely and VERY accommodating. A guest lounge next to reception impressed me. The hotel keeps traditional key locked doors. THIS. The mattresses were comfortable. I usually find them too hard.

The hotel is ON a main road. The road noise WAS louder than I expected. The double-glazed window panes need attention.

the room was clean upon my arrival. it met my basic expectations for cleanliness.

i found the noise levels unacceptable. the walls seemed thin, i could hear other guests quite clearly. this made it difficult to relax or sleep soundly. the absence of proper soundproofing in the rooms is a significant drawback..

i found the location quite convenient with bus service very close i could easily access town the little cafe nearby was so lovely i enjoyed having a quick coffee each morning the shop offered essentials i needed and it all contributed to a stress-free stay the nights were so quiet which was a blessing for sound sleep. the car park availability on arrival was especially appreciated i could leave my car and start my day without delay i arrived earlier than expected but this wasn't an issue the staff accommodated me seamlessly and allowed me to settle in early the keys were ready upon my return , made everything so easy. the shelves throughout the hotel were a thoughtful addition i found them practical and well-placed the cleanliness was notable and contributed to an pleasant experience the attention to detail stood out it felt very comforting.

the room included free toiletries and slippers, which i found very helpful. the bath was also quite large. the decor in the room was pleasant. it all felt really fresh and cute!

there were no teabags in my room, and i couldn't find anyone to ask for them. i also found there was no breakfast available, a shame. i wished there was reliable information about nearby breakfast options.
