great location polite staff quiet rooftop low quality ingredients missing coffee trash food

The location was great. The hotel was very close to everything. The staff were kind. The rooftop and pool were gorgeous and quiet, so I could relax. The room was spacious and comfy.

The rooftop bar lacked skills, and the ingredients were not of quality. I would avoid it. There was no coffee included, though the price was high. The buffet offered trash food, and I could get better food elsewhere.

fantastic hotel, great location

central location friendly staff

the location was central but quieter. there were some nice cafes and bars nearby. the reception staff were very helpful and friendly (they really helped me with directions). i left my bags in reception on the day of my flight home and was still able to use the facilities even after i checked out.

I received early check-in and I also could use the facilities after check-out. The hotel provided fresh towels and shower facilities. Breakfast had fresh pastries, juice, and a proper English breakfast. The rooftop pool offered a calm and chilled atmosphere.

The air conditioning did not cool below 24°C. This affected the room temperature.

Staff members were attentive and helpful with requests regarding the hotel. They assisted with activities around the area. Marguet, Emi and Babacar provided amazing service.
