The Stic Urban Hotel & Spa provides air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms. Each room includes bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and free toiletries. Select suites have a balcony with city views and a tea/coffee maker. All rooms have ironing facilities, heating, a sitting area, a terrace, a trouser press, a dining table, soundproofed rooms, garden furniture, and a sink. Electric kettles and AM/FM alarm clocks are included.

The hotel features onsite restaurants. Guests can enjoy a variety of dishes at the restaurant. Also, breakfast offers a buffet selection of hot and continental items, with coffee, tea, and fruit juices.
