The hotel was clean throughout my stay. i also found carla at reception to be particularly helpful. the air conditioning in the room worked very well. It maintained a comfortable temperature.

the reception staff arranged taxis for me quickly. the staff, particularly yasmina, provided recommendations for itineraries around the island. i appreciated the help of yasmina, who suggested several lovely itineraries in ibiza.

the hotel is close to the beach and in close proximity to night clubs. i found it easy to get around from this spot. it is a stones throw away from all the strip in bossa.

the breakfast staff were friendly, helpful, and the breakfast choices were excellent. breakfast was by the pool, this was both clean and quiet. i particularly enjoyed the variety offered each morning.

perfect staff and good location

the staff booked taxis quickly when i asked the room was very clean and the shower had good pressure the pool area was a good size staff checked if i needed anything often. staff let me check in several hours early since my flight arrived in the morning they were friendly and helpful. the hotel location is beneficial and close to many places.

the hotel lacked a mini fridge and a kettle i wanted to make morning tea and coffee in the room the walls seemed thin because i could hear doors being slammed at night and early morning this made it difficult to sleep well. the noise was from other guests.

the location is convenient, quite close to all clubs, bars and shops. the pool area was clean. the staff members were friendly (carla at reception was helpful).

the walls seemed thin, noise easily travelled between rooms. doors slammed shut early in the morning. there was no mini fridge in the room.
