Chef David Grussaute prepares dishes, such as lukewarm beef sirloin and ashes tataki and lukewarm brioche with duck rillette with pickle mayonnaise. The Pool Lounge Bar offers cocktails and food. Breakfast buffets are served in the Es Migjorn Room.

Migjorn Ibiza Suites & Spa features two swimming pool areas. Spa Essence includes a hydrotherapy circuit with a dry sauna, a cold tub, a whirlpool, and therapeutic showers, including aromatherapy, chromatherapy, and a broad-jet cold shower. There are two massage rooms for therapeutic, relaxation, and beauty treatments. The gym provides Technogym equipment.
