Classic rooms (21 sqm) face the inner hotel area and feature king-size or twin beds. Gran Eivissa rooms (22 sqm) have views of Ibiza's old town. Vara de Rey rooms (30 sqm) provide views of Ibiza's old town or the marina and can accommodate two adults. Suites (55 sqm) offer views of Ibiza or the marina, a private bedroom with a king-size bed, a separate living room with a dining table, and a bathroom with a rainfall shower. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, espresso machine, minibar, media center, and HD TV. Bathrooms feature neolite and white surfaces, rain and handheld showers, and frosted glass portholes.
Dining Options
Café Montesol, open from 7am-2am, centrally features a tiled mural and bar. It recently switched from a Mediterranean-style menu. Sabbaba Restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine with local products. Chef Alex Larrea infuses local delicacies with whimsy, using regional produce. The menu might include prawn carpaccio, wild fish with green pea sauce, matured beef entrecôte, and rice pudding with truffles. Breakfast includes cooked-to-order eggs and local ham. The Rooftop Bar offers cocktails and views of the citadel, with DJ sets from Thursday to Sunday. It serves a cocktail menu, rosé, and beer. The restaurant is run by Grupo Sagardi, also located in London's Shoreditch, with an emphasis on Basque-style dishes, including those made in a Robata Grill.
