mixed feelings about my stay
acceptable locationroad noisemissing microwave
the location was acceptable with convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants.
the room faced the road and it was noisy traffic continued all day and night it really affected my sleep i also noticed that basic amenities were missing such as a microwave it was not a pleasant surprise

The staff was helpful and friendly. My room was always clean. The location was convenient, a short walk to shops and bars. I appreciated being allowed to use the pool and shower facilities after check-out before my late flight.
The fuse tripped a couple of times, resulting in brief power outages. Groups returning from clubs were noisy very early in the morning. This disturbed my sleep.

i appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. the apartment was cleaned every day. i also enjoyed the super friendly staff and the beautiful building. private swim-up pool apartment was fantastic and very clean.
the curtains were ineffective, and the room was flooded with light in the morning. it was impossible to sleep in the dark. next time i will bring a sleeping mask.

rooms were huge, with kitchenettes that came in super handy. daily cleaning kept the place tidy. beds were comfortable and the design of the hotel created a relaxed atmosphere, something needed in ibiza.
