the location suited me, providing easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. this aspect of the hotel was perfectly adequate.

unfortunately, i experienced dripping water from the ceiling one night. i went to reception since the phones didn't work and a receptionist offered towels for mopping. also, the overall building was to need maintenance.

The breakfast offered a good wide selection of food. I found something i liked every morning. my room was clean, and it included a useful kitchenette. the staff were consistently friendly and happy to assist with any queries i had.

the pool was unheated and a little cold for swimming.

The staff was very attentive to all ages, and really tried to include everyone. They were keen to get the holiday makers involved in activities. the employees did their best to. the front desk was very helpful.

The breakfast options were wide. The staff was accommodating to all requests. The hotel had many chairs by the pool and a lifeguard was present. The location was close to the beach and some local establishments.

The gym equipment did not include many options.

the pool snacks were great the pool staff were very good for all ages

the whole building needed maintenance water dripped from the ceiling in the entrance the receptionist offered me towels to mop the floor when the phones did not work i feel this was unacceptable
