polite staff convenient location broken door missing elevator

the staff was very polite and always ready to help with a smile i appreciated their kindness the location was also very convenient it was close to shops restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was really nice i found a good variety of choices and it was very tasty.

my room door did not lock properly i noticed this on my first day and reported it reception it caused me some concern there was NO lift i found this a little inconvenient especially with luggage.

a mixed experience

poor breakfast street noise

The breakfast was quite basic. I noticed limited options and some of the cutlery looked not entirely clean. there wasn't a lift, which wasn't an issue for me. i like fresh air, so i prefer windows open, but i needed ear plugs because of the street noise. the overall experience felt a bit underwhelming after a few days.
