Convenient and Clean Base for Exploring

clean hotel friendly staff good location

The hotel is very clean. Staff members are friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The air conditioning did not work for a few days, so rooms were hot and uncomfortable. The air conditioning system was generally poor in all areas of the hotel. The food hall was also hot making me uncomfortable when eating meals.

The main pool depth reaches 1.8 to 2 meters across three-quarters of its area. Inflatables are not permitted in the pool, i noticed pool noodles sold at a nearby supermarket for about 3.50 euros, with a safe option for children.

Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and in good order, i observed. The location is convenient with a short walk to a lovely beach and a reasonable walk to shops, bars, and restaurants.

really good location

great location beach bars

the location is great for both beaches. cala nova had caribbean-like sea and beach bars, VERY different from each other. buses ran outside. i took one to ibiza town, a 50 minute ride and so worth it. there are lots of shops, bars, and restaurants around. a SPAR is across the road.

the food at the hotel was repetitive after a week. the room was good though. labeling was unhelpful ('composite mousse', 'round flat cake'). i would have liked more traditional spanish food rather than catering to just the british.

the snack bar does the BEST toasties. the chef is great. always something to eat. the restaurant provides varied meal options, includes local cuisine, and offers themed dinner nights showcasing international dishes, which adds to the dining experience.

the rooms are perfectly clean. each includes amenities like a mini-fridge, a tv with satellite channels, and a private balcony. bathrooms have a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and a shower or bathtub.
