I found the reception staff to be very helpful. the restaurant staff were also very good. Supervisor louis and waitress ina were especially attentive. nothing was too much trouble for them. lauren at the bar was friendly, and the bar entertainment was of good quality.
the bins were full when i first entered my room, that wasn't a great first impression. the curtains also had holes. i thought the water for the drinks tasted strange because it was not filtered.
