the beds felt very comfy and tidy , all of the staff i encountered seemed lovely and friendly. the location was great , with a super lovely staff.
the water pressure was very low , so shower water only trickled out.

the staff proved fabulously helpful and polite a real asset. my room was quite spacious and basic and featured everything i needed for a short stay. i found loads of parking spaces, convenient. the bed was also surprisingly nice, so i slept well.
the shower had a very slight issue with water pressure, reducing flow to a trickle.

The staff displayed pleasant behavior and assisted with directions. My room was quite spacious, a nice surprise, and contained all necessary amenities. I appreciated loads of parking spaces being available. The bed proved quite nice for restful sleep..
The window locks were broken. This is the ONLY aspect to fix.

The location proved acceptable, with effective secondary double glazing that kept the room relatively quiet despite a busy road nearby.
I encountered several cleanliness issues. The room required attention. There were burn marks on the carpet and furniture. The bathroom tap needed cleaning, and the toilet seemed old and required replacement.

i found the staff fab, they were super helpful. the value for money was excellent. (i wasn't expecting much for the price!) the room was recently refurbished, it felt very comfortable.
the water pressure in the shower was low. i found only a trickle came out.

the staff were lovely and friendly. the hotel was clean. the beds where nice and neat. i found the double glazing effective despite the busy road.
the shower water only trickled out. the water pressure was very low. some window locks were broken. the wall lights were not working.
