Palazzo Margherita features rooms with king-size beds, with the exception of Garden Suite One, Garden Room Two, and Garden Room Three, which have queen-size beds. Each room includes air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a terrace, a dressing area, and a trouser press. Rooms also have a dining table, free toiletries, AM/FM alarm clock, a CD player, and a flat-screen TV. Garden Suite One and Garden Room Two are wheelchair accessible. Connecting doors are not available, but rooms with connecting terraces are available. Suites separated from the main building can also be booked.

The Family Bar serves coffee, meals, pre-dinner cocktails, and appetizers throughout the day. Cinecittà Bar is a traditional café and pizzeria on Bernalda's main street, overlooking the town square. The Pool Bar offers wine, cocktails, and other beverages. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM in the Eat-in Kitchen or the Family Bar. Other breakfast options include the Cinecittà Bar, room service, poolside, garden, or courtyard dining. The kitchen staff is available until 11:00 PM, with snack options available at any time.
Leisure and Activities
Guests can swim in the outdoor pool and explore the lush garden. The garden features pathways, fruit trees, herbs, citrus trees, and organic vegetables. Palazzo Margherita can arrange cooking classes with local women to prepare Basilicata dishes. Guests can experience Il Volo dell'Angelo, flying above the landscape attached to a steel rope. Other activities include rafting excursions into the gorge of the Lao River and picnics in the Park of the Rupestrian Churches. The Beautiful Salon turns into a screening room with classic Italian and international movies. Guests have access to a private beach club, a 15-minute drive away.

Palazzo Margherita is in Bernalda, in the Basilicata region of Southern Italy, near Matera. Landmarks nearby include Corso Umberto I (0.3 km), Centro Storico di Bernalda (0.5 km), and Castello di Bernalda (0.5 km). Bari Airport and Brindisi Airport are about 90 minutes away (approximately 130 km). The Metaponto railway station is 11 km away, connecting to major Southern Italian cities. Private transportation can be arranged, as there are no taxis in Bernalda. Rental cars can be delivered to the Palazzo. Off-site garage parking is available through valet service.
