Fantastic stay with great service

Sophie, Elsa, and their team provided excellent service at the BPGC. The service was prompt and delivered with smiles. The bar served Rebellion beer which tasted great and a pint of beer cost £7.50. A bottle of wine was £25, this was quite reasonable.
The soundproofing was not great, I could hear the people next door. Luckily i use earplugs so it wasn't too bad!

The double room featured a clean ensuite bathroom, complete with fluffy towels. The beds were comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The shower was particularly lovely, it was very relaxing after a long day.

Staff members were helpful and polite, and check-in was smooth. One staff member, Beth, was especially courteous and smiley. The staff served the table next to us before us despite us arriving first.

The breakfast offered a good choice of freshly prepared, quality food. Avocado with poached eggs stood out, cooked to perfection with fresh fruit. Starters ranged from Ham Hock to Mussels, with mains of duck, lamb, and pork belly.

The parking was ample and convenient, a real plus. I appreciated the quick check-in. The staff members were friendly and accommodating to all requests I had (that was charming).
The sound insulation between rooms was quite poor. I could hear my neighbours' conversations, disrupting the otherwise peaceful setting.

The room i had was too small, barely enough space for luggage. there was no wardrobe for clothes, annoying. also, i found it irritating that breakfast wasn't a buffet. Ordering more items meant paying extra for potatoes? ridiculous.

The room size proved smaller than anticipated. Space for luggage was particularly limited. the absence of a wardrobe was also a significant inconvenience for even a short stay. i had to request additional breakfast items, and i encountered resistance with extra charges proposed.

oh my gosh, the room was so clean and the bed was seriously the comfiest thing ever! i slept like a baby. the shower in the double or twin room ensuite bathroom was huge and had amazing water pressure.
Okay, so the coach bar closed super early. It was such a bummer. i wanted to chill there after a busy day, but no luck. also, the floorboards were creaky. I could hear the people upstairs all the time.

I loved that the staff were so helpful and friendly.. they really were great. the location proved perfect for the event i attended near the area. the breakfast in the clubhouse offered good quality items. I really enjoyed the freshness.
the bathroom was fine, but the room felt small because it had been split into two, which slightly impacted storage.

the breakfast was tasty. it was prepared with care. i also liked the temple spa toiletries available in my bathroom. there was a fridge in the room, and i found that very convenient!!!
the accommodation reminded me of an add-on to the golf club. the reception wasn't very cute. i walked into the golf club house and felt a bit lost.
