The room included a minibar with complimentary snacks and drinks. This was a nice touch. Breakfast offered fresh options and variety, I was grateful. The spa area featured a super clean pool, I thought it was very relaxing. The hotel offered complimentary coffee and tea in the afternoon. I appreciated this.

The gym was small. It only offered a limited selection of equipment.

strong pressure good size

The room was a good size for the city. The shower had strong water pressure (which was refreshing after sightseeing all day).

The hallway had a slight odor of cleaning products on one occasion.

cold swimming pool dirty floor

I was a bit let down by a couple of things. the pool was too cold for a relaxing swim, it made it hard to actually enjoy it. also, i noticed the floor around the pool area wasn't very clean. There was some dirt and debris. it didn't feel as pristine as i would have liked.

The location proved excellent. It was near many places. The room size felt adequate, and I found it clean. I was charmed by the complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lobby (a really nice touch!).

mixed experience with some drawbacks

infrequent linen change flimsy furniture

the staff was helpful and the location was central, close to a metro stop and eateries.

I was surprised the bed linens were changed only once during my four-night stay. there was a notice saying linens were changed every other day. this was disappointing and not what i expected. The room furniture felt a little flimsy too.
