The hotel is near many cafes. The staff brought our bags to our room after our early arrival. I found this very kind. Free Nespresso was available. I loved that. Good WiFi allowed me to stay connected. I had what I needed in the room.

Our room lacked some charm, though it was comfortable overall.

The reception offered a warm welcome, and the staff, especially Nicolas, were excellent, providing assistance and information when needed, which I appreciated. The service was really good.

The downstairs lounge area featured complimentary pastries plus coffee pods. Tea bags etc were freely available there. I felt welcomed. I found this to be a very nice feature of the hotel for a little snack.

The hotel is close to Blanche Metro. I walked there in minutes. Many buses stop nearby. Montmartre is also very accessible. It is convenient to cafes, bars and landmarks.

i found the location advantageous. it was close to many wonderful restaurants, cafés, and patisseries! i also liked that it was a short walk to sacre coeur, moulin rouge, and nearby subway stations. the comfortable beds with good linens were a plus.

The room was quite small, and the layout made it difficult for two people to use the cupboard for storing clothes. This was a small inconvenience i hope will improve.

the hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. it created a cute atmosphere! the metro station was also conveniently located within a few blocks, made getting around the city very easy.

the staff members, including barbara, mauricio, and pierre, were very attentive. they were also very helpful! the staff welcomed me warmly and helped me with an early check-in. they stored my bags for me, very convenient.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. there seemed to be plenty of restaurants close by. This provided many options for meals. the surrounding area had several charming cafes with terraces.

The room had a coffee machine. This was a nice touch. the room also had complimentary snacks! the room was cleaned and resupplied every day, so it was very convenient! the room was quiet. I had comfortable night sleep.

the front desk staff exhibited friendliness. my room was clean upon arrival. breakfast included multiple options. the nearby metro provided convenient access to different areas of the city.

The family suite did not have all the charm i expected. It seemed a little basic for a 4-star hotel.
