nice visit
convenient location rooftop bar available staff
i found the location really convenient. it was easy to walk to many shops. the rooftop bar provided really good views of monuments. the staff were always available and ready to assist with questions.
the elevator near the lobby was a little slow at peak times.

mixed feelings about my stay
the pillows were quite uncomfortable , and the bed felt smaller than expected for the price. it made relaxing in the room during the day DIFFICULT.

cheap pillows small bed
i found the pillows quite cheap for a hotel of this caliber and the bed size in the eiffel tower suite was surprisingly small. i expected a king bed, but it turned out to be a queen. also, it would have been a nice touch to have complimentary water in the room (especially given the price point) (maybe i'm too picky?). the absence of these small comforts detracted slightly from the overall experience.
