the location was great. the staff let us store our bags because we arrived early. it was acceptable.

The location felt special. i found cleanliness everywhere, even under the beds. staff kindness touched my heart. Their smiles were genuine. i noticed complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, a thoughtful touch.
the elevator not reached the ground floor, which posed a small challenge.

the hotel is located near the seine river, just a brief 5-10 minute walk. several restaurants and a supermarket are nearby. the area offers easy access to many attractions.

although i skipped breakfast, there are a lot of cafés and dining places available on saint germain boulevard, and in the area surrounding the hotel. these spots provide multiple selections for breakfast and other meals. i savored the external options.

small room unhelpful staff
the location was acceptable with easy access to nearby attractions.
the room i booked, a voyage suite, was small for the price i paid. it was difficult to move around in the limited space and the air conditioning unit did NOT function properly, resulting in an uncomfortably warm stay. also, the staff were unhelpful when i reported these issues.

Central Gem with AMAZING Location!
superb location friendly staff clean room lovely decor
The hotel is in a SUPERB location. It is near the metro station and many restaurants. I stored my bags because I arrived early, and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and had lovely decor. I found everything fresh and cute.
The hotel entrance requires navigating some narrow stairs before you get to the elevator, difficult with my heavy suitcases.

convenient location metro station transportation options stairs entrance limited breakfast shower nozzle
The location was REALLY convenient to many attractions. The metro station was very close to the building. I enjoyed having quick access to transportation options. The room was clean, and the size was fine.
The entrance required me to climb stairs with my luggage. There was no lift available from the ground floor. The breakfast offered limited options. THE shower was just a nozzle.
