friendly staff amazing pool

The staff was very cute and friendly. I enjoyed the amazing pool and sauna. I booked it and had it to myself. The location is great. It is a 15-minute walk to the Louvre.

The hotel is on a side street. The mattress was hard though they added a pad under sheet to help a bit.

The room was clean and well resourced. It met my expectations.

The fire alarm went off. NO one directed people out of the building. Staff wasn't there to help ANYONE.

fantastic stay near the opera

smooth process available concierge helpful staff fresh options

the check-in process was smooth and efficient, i liked that. the concierge was always available and ready to assist with any requests i had. i found the staff to be helpful, especially with directions and recommendations for local attractions. the breakfast each morning featured fresh options, it was a plus.

the spa pool could have been slightly warmer, it was a minor detail.

The hotel includes a small pool area. I saw it had about fifteen loungers and a shaded section. there is also a fitness center which contains two treadmills and a stationary bike. a complimentary afternoon tea service is available in the lounge area.

the breakfast buffet included pastries, fresh fruit, and a selection of cheeses. hot items such as scrambled eggs and sausages were also available. coffee and tea were plentiful, i appreciated that.

The family suite upgrade was a delight. It seemed like a romantic haven. the staff showed such care, always attentive to our needs. i especially cherish the memory of those delectable little cakes left on the pillow each evening, a sweet gesture. breakfast was so lovely, it offered a wonderful start to each new day of our stay.

The hotel's proximity to the opera comique allowed us good strolls to many attractions, such as the louvre, the garnier palace, and the galeries lafayette haussmann. the location was also close to the richelieu-drouot train station. Restaurants abound near the hotel.

breakfast offered a good selection of items. there were a little bit of cheeses and meat available. the hotel prepared sausages, eggs and bacon in tiny pots for a good morning treat.

The team member reached out before our arrival with a room upgrade recommendation, and this. a concierge was so kind. He spoke english, which eased our stay. the staff demonstrated a willingness to meet our needs.

lovely stay

great location private apartment well equipped apartment

the location was near many metro stations and an easy walk to vendome. we felt welcomed and slept very well in the Petit Maison. it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and two living spaces. the apartment was quiet and private.

entering the apartment felt a tiny bit exposed.

modern treadmill attentive staff limited breakfast obstructed view

The staff were really attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. i liked the little gym. It had a modern treadmill and a swimming pool, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine.

the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and i wished for more variety. also, my room had a balcony, but the view was obstructed by a wall, so i didn't really spend time there.
