The receptionist offered a warm welcome upon our arrival. We received an upgrade to the luxury suite, which enhanced our anniversary celebration. The room included a hot tub and steam room. Breakfast was hand-delivered and consisted of both a full English and continental selection.

The white room had its own spa inside! it was very relaxing, so peaceful, and quiet. the staff were helpful. They could not do enough. breakfast arrived in my room. It was lovely!
The carpet in the reception area seemed dirty. It was full of leaves. there were no arrival drinks. I expected that. i scanned a qr code for directions, though it was the incorrect qr code.

The double room spa bath was clean. The bed was comfy. there was a spacious living space and a huge indoor sunken bath tub. there also was a sauna in my room. This was a unique feature.

the breakfast was lovely it was perfectly cooked and just the right amount the kitchen were happy to swap breakfast items on request. the towels were folded into swans rose petals were on the bed and there was prosecco in the fridge these touches made a difference.
the water jug for the coffee machine was broken it left a water trail. there was no wardrobe space in the bedroom we had to use the coat area for hanging clothes.
