the staff were amazingly helpful. my room included a great balcony with excellent views. the proximity to attractions allowed easy exploration of the city. i found the location convenient with everything within walking distance.

the location was really convenient. it was close to the mitte wien station. the room was spacious and i liked that. breakfast had a good selection too!
the room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. i left all of the windows open, but it didn't help much. the toilet leaked all over the floor! i couldn't tell where it was coming from.

Both train options are good. The City Airport Train (CAT) is quicker and goes directly to Wien Mitte/Landstraße, which is the closest stop to the hotel. The S7 takes around 25-30 minutes.
