charming stay with attentive service

helpful staff good treat beautiful garden
i was charmed by the amazing staff they were so helpful i found kate's biscuits a good treat the option of unlimited tea and coffee was very welcome i enjoyed the beautiful garden while relaxing there
the breakfast menu felt a little limited i only saw porridge or a full breakfast available

there was no fridge in the room, this was annoying. the room wasn't particularly clean. no staff were available after 6 pm, this was quite inconvenient. the room was not serviced . breakfast was acceptable but nothing special

easy access convenient parking vegan option faulty switch worn furniture missing towels
the location allowed easy access to amenities i found that very useful onsite parking provided convenience the breakfast had many choices i tried several vegan options
the lamp switch in the room was faulty , made me concerned the furniture looked worn i could see it had aged the room received no cleaning fresh towels were not provided

the grounds were beautiful. i spotted some shrubs and found it relaxing. the room was a good size and quiet at night.
the breakfast menu was limited. it mainly included porridge or a full breakfast. i also found one of the front desk staff to be unhelpful.

The location are great and carparking were a bonus. The breakfast are delicious, and I not even vegetarian. I love little touches like nice teas and coffee in my room. I also love the unlimited tea and coffee
