great location friendly staff sparkling wine small rooms uncomfortable bed few facilities
The location was really good (near everything). I received complimentary sparkling wine and snacks upon arrival. The staff at the reception area looked after me very well and were friendly.
The rooms were small. The bed was not very comfortable. I noticed a lack of facilities for a supposedly top-end hotel.

the staff was friendly. the hotel provided recommendations for local restaurants (i used them and found great food!). the location was great. many attractions were within walking distance.
The room was quite small. i booked a superior room and it felt cramped. the hotel appears to have only twin beds pushed together. It wasn't a true double bed (a bit annoying, i must say). the pillows were not comfortable either.

flawless stay
art deco decor excellent cocktail
i appreciated the art deco decor. it was like stepping back into the 1920s. the breakfast provided a superb selection. the staff offered friendly service, i am grateful. the bar located on the top floor mixed excellent cocktails with an excellent view. we loved the location near the train station and the staff throughout the hotel were lovely.
I found the rooms small. the bathrooms in the beautiful double were outrageously small. i could brush my teeth, wash my hair, and open the bathroom door while sitting on the toilet. It was broken, too. the bedroom had few plug sockets.

the room included double glass windows, offering a nice view. the windows also ensured minimum street noise, and the room had bottled water. a nespresso machine was available, but milk pods were limited.

the hotel staff went out of their way to provide assistance. i found the staff helpful and amicable. they always ensured i had a wonderful stay and addressed my complaints well .

the hotel had an excellent central location. it was near the seafront and commercial square. tuk tuk tours were only a short walk away, i thought, and it was easy to access the metro.

the rooftop bar had a lovely view. the breakfast terrace was located on the rooftop, and i appreciated that there was a restaurant available. double glazing ensured soundproofing, and showers were good.

Superb Hotel Experience

I received a free upgrade to a suite. It featured a terrace with views. The location was PERFECT. My room was spacious and clean. It also had all necessary amenities. The rooftop terrace provided beautiful views. I REALLY enjoyed drinks and dinner there.
The minibar prices were a bit too high.

The location was acceptable. It made getting around relatively easy
the room i booked, a superior double or twin room, felt quite cramped. i expected more space for a hotel in this category. also, the towels felt a bit rough. it just didn't feel luxurious, as i anticipated for a 5-star experience.

loved my stay!
friendly staff perfect location
the staffs are friendly. the room was fantastic. location is perfect too. it was perfect and i would definitely stay again. the doormens are so lovely.
the noise at night is unacceptable. i paid nearly €500 for the night and no sleep at all. it was terrible.
