The 5-star Pestana Palace Lisboa Hotel & National Monument is a restored 19th-century palace located in Alcântara, with views of the Tagus River. It is close to the Tower of Belém, the Belém Cultural Centre, the Jerónimos Monastery, the MAAT -Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology, and the Lisbon Convention Centre. The hotel is also located 5 minutes from the CUF Tejo Hospital. It features private parklands, complete with plants designated as "National Monuments."

Dishes such as 'When the tide is low', a plate of Espinho shrimps, mussels, goose barnacles, oysters, sea snails and algae, and Portuguese cured codfish stewed in codfish cheek stock.
