mixed feelings about this stay
poor reception staff strong chlorine smell
the breakfast was good, with many options available.
The service was not good, especially at the reception. The staff seemed uninformed. i requested taxis several times and had to wait a very long time. the chlorine smell was too strong on the rooftop terrace. It was not enjoyable.

comfortable bed modern room city views
i found the room to be modern and spacious. it had a plush king-sized bed and a nespresso machine. the bathroom featured a walk-in shower, a great feature. the rooftop infinity pool and bar provided fine city views. i found it perfect.
the breakfast felt rather basic. i expected higher standards for a five-star hotel of this size. the variety seemed limited compared to other similar establishments. this was a bit disappointing, considering the overall quality.

attentive staff clean room varied amenities delicious options
the staff were attentive to detail . i found the room clean upon arrival, and housekeeping maintained this standard daily. i liked the variety of amenities available, from the spa to the rooftop pool. breakfast offered many delicious options , so i was very satisfied.
i experienced a very minor delay when requesting extra towels one evening.

the beautiful double room featured a comfortable king-size bed and soundproof windows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the room included a minibar with complimentary water and soft drinks replenished daily. i found the ensuite bathroom spacious and it had both a shower and a separate bathtub.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes, and catered to various dietary requirements. i noted there were several options for made-to-order omelets. the hotel had two restaurants, one specializing in local cuisine and the other in international dishes.
