The staff was helpful and friendly, a DEFINITE plus.
The room's air conditioning was problematic. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. the in-room dining menu was outdated, leading to disappointment when several items I tried to order were unavailable. This wasted time and caused frustration.
