The rooms were clean! Check-in was smooth. The staff were cooperative. It is a 30-minute walk to the Haram. The location is easy to find, and it is easy to reach by taxi to and from the station.

There are several restaurants around the place, I found a good variety of options within a short walking distance from the premises. It helped that there were local eateries open late. The area felt safe, though I was mindful of traffic.

The room had a fridge, kettle, and TV. It also featured a table and two chairs. The room had three beds. I found the staff helpful! The hotel provided water, tea, and a boiler.

The hotel location isn't ideal. You need a taxi to reach Al Haram. The price seems high compared to other options. I think it could be better.

Superb Stay Near the Holy Mosque!

I found the hotel staff cute and helpful. The room had ample space and cleanliness was excellent! I appreciated the car parking, especially since I had a rental car . The distance to the Haram was manageable. It was definitely worth the convenience!

The soundproofing in the room was not great. I could hear some outside noise.

the hotel advertised a short walk to the mosque, but it was more like a lengthy hike, very inconvenient. the shower was also problematic, delivering only sporadic bursts of cold water. the tv remote lacked batteries too.

the room was very clean and tidy. the bed was also very comfy! it was easy to get around because of the location. i enjoyed that it was close to a bus stop.

I noticed a slight issue with soundproofing. I could sometimes hear conversations from outside the room.

the hotel has a good location that's close to haram nabawi, about 15 minutes by car. it is easy to get to the masjid an-nabawi, even walking if the weather is good! many taxis know how to get to the hotel.

The double room was neat and well-organized. the air conditioning worked very well, offering needed relief from the heat. It took a little time to cool, though. there was a refrigerator in the room, a great convenience!

the reception is available twenty-four hours a day. the staff was very kind and helpful when i had some questions! i also appreciated the complimentary saudi coffee and dates in the lobby.
