The room was quite small. I booked a quad room, but it felt more like a cramped triple. there was barely any space to move around, and storing our suitcases was a real challenge. when i spoke to the staff, they weren't very helpful. it was like they dismissed my concerns, disappointing. breakfast wasn't much better. The quality was lacking, and the variety was limited.

Great hotel near Al Masjid an Nabawi

convenient location comfortable beds clean room nearby mosque

The hotel is REALLY close to the women's gate at Al Masjid an Nabawi, just a few minutes walk. Beds were COMFORTABLE. The room I had was clean. I found the location very convenient for prayers and visiting the mosque.

The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay, responding quickly to any requests I had. A duty manager called every day to ask if I was comfortable. This, and demonstrated HIGH customer service.

The hotel is recently renovated and offers easy access to both sides of the street. The breakfast options were excellent with a variety of tasty choices each morning. There were many GOOD options available.

great location food options strong smoke room cleanliness

The location was very near the masjid. About 2 min walking distance. there were some food options in the 1st floor.

I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of smoke. the room's cleanliness wasn't up to par, and it was quite unbearable. It was not a great experience.
