the location was acceptable, very close to the haram.

The room they gave me was small. I seemed like i could barely move. there was also a strange smell, i couldn't tell what it was, but it lingered the entire stay and was quite bothersome.

the location was great for visiting masjid an nabawi i found a cheap snack shop conveniently located in the lobby the rooms were acceptably clean

there were no phones in the rooms i needed to go to the reception for every request

amazing location, a walker's dream!

perfect location great hospitality easy accessibility

the location is perfect, like seriously! it's super close to al masjid al munawara, only a couple minutes to gate 307. the hotel is near the haram, which makes it ideal if you're traveling with family. plus, the reception staff showed great hospitality. i loved how accessible everything was!

the room i got was a little small. they put four beds in, so there wasn't much space to walk around. also, the parking guard didn't let me in, claiming the parking was full, but then he let another car pass right in front of me. what a bummer!

The quadruple room features comfortable beds and basic furnishings. It accommodates a family. the space is tight, yet it is functional for sleeping and resting after prayer. cleanliness is up to par.

the hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the masjid al haram gate. it's just a short walk to the mosque. the area around the hotel is safe, even late at night.

Lifts are always available, despite the hotel being fully booked, great. the reception is quick to respond to needs and questions. Staff are amiable. the hotel is suitable for families and solo travelers alike, i would say.

convenient location and functional stay

short walk basic room efficient lifts

The location was really convenient i find. it was a short walk to al haram, maybe only two or three minutes. the room had all the basics i needed. i also found the lifts worked efficiently. There were no long waits.

the bedsheet don't have good smell. i think the television don't work, however i did not ask about it.

there are options available for dining. the hotel had breakfast, lunch, and dinner options for purchase. this is a decent convenience for those not wanting to venture out.

staff members were responsive. their promptness was appreciable in resolving issues. i especially appreciate the availability of the technical staff. housekeeping was accessible.

this hotel located very near to haram. proximity to masjid al haram is a big plus. the an-nawabi location is right in front, very strategic.

The room was tidy and also clean. i felt comfy. the bathroom are fully functional. This included all essential amenities for a simple stay.
