staff where really kind and helpful, i believe. i got a free room upgrade to a nabawi view room. also, late checkout where arranged, i could stay longer. the hotel location were close to gate 338, near masjid nabawi.

rooms where quite small and space to move around is limited.

the location is fantastic it's just a short walk to the mosque. i also found it convenient they accept packages from online orders the breakfast had great choices too it added a cheerful note to each morning.

the room size was a bit compact i found it a bit challenging to manage luggage.

the location is excellent. it's right outside the masjid. my room included dates and hot khawa upon arrival. the staff interaction was also good.

the room i was given was quite small. this wasn't told to me until check-in. i found the breakfast to be of poor quality. there were also limited choices.
