excellent location helpful reception nearby restaurant small room limited space unavailable parking

The location was excellent. It was near the mosque gate. many shops and restaurants were nearby. i found the reception team to be particularly helpful .

The room was quite small. it was like there was limited space to move around. i also found there was no car parking available. I had to find parking elsewhere.

room upgrade late checkout great location nabawi view

staff where really kind and helpful, i believe. i got a free room upgrade to a nabawi view room. also, late checkout where arranged, i could stay longer. the hotel location were close to gate 338, near masjid nabawi.

rooms where quite small and space to move around is limited.

excellent stay near the prophet's mosque!

clean room helpful staff convenient location delicious breakfast

the location is fantastic it's just a short walk to the mosque. i also found it convenient they accept packages from online orders the breakfast had great choices too it added a cheerful note to each morning.

the room size was a bit compact i found it a bit challenging to manage luggage.
