Achray House offers several room types. The Earn Suite features a super king sleigh bed with a 5* Marcliffe mattress handcrafted by Glencraft, a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath, a separate walk-in monsoon shower, robes, and slippers. It includes a sitting area, a smart TV, and binoculars. The Voil (Superior King) room provides a handmade super king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, plus bathrobes. The Lubnaig (Superior King) room is also available. Doine and Dochart (Loch View Doubles) offer loch views; Doine can be configured as a super king or twin, while Dochart has a king-size bed. Venacher and Achray (Garden Rooms) can be set up as a super king or twin; Achray has a king-size bed, en-suite bathrooms with a bath and shower, a garden, and direct access from the car park. Ard (Standard Double) is a double room with a king-size bed and a walk-in shower. Chon (Junior Double/Single) is a small double/large single room with a standard double bed, accessed by stairs. A one-bedroom cottage behind the house includes a kitchen, bathroom, parking, a small garden, and welcomes pets for an additional fee.

Special events include 'Sunday Feast' with roast beef or seasonal vegetable Wellington and sharing sides, and themed Saturdays such as 'Smokehouse Saturday' (burgers, ribs, BBQ sides with a beer, wine, or soft drink) and 'Seafood Saturday'.

Nearby attractions include Auchingarrich Wildlife Centre (40 animal species, play areas, animal handling), Cultybraggan Camp, and McQueen Gin's Trossachs Distillery. Other walks include Ben Vorlich (985m), the basic walk from Comrie to the Deil's Cauldron Waterfall and the Melville monument, and Beinn Each (813m).
