hearty foodworn carpetspatchy wifi
the hearty food was nice, especially after a long day exploring.
The room felt quite cramped and was a little tired. The carpets looked worn, and some of the furniture seemed old. the television did not work, and i couldn't get anyone to fix it. the wifi was also patchy.

relaxing visualcomfortable bedsteep stairs
our room provided a nice view of the falls , a very relaxing visual. i found the on-site parking sufficient for our needs , so accessibility was never a concern. the beds were comfortable , allowing for restful sleep after long days of travel.
the stairs to our room posed a slight challenge , especially when carrying luggage. it would be beneficial to have assistance available with mobility issues or heavy bags.

the staff was accommodating and friendly. the room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. the view of the rapids was really good. they also provided an area at the back of the hotel where guests can sit and enjoy scottish salmon and other quality foods at very good prices.
i noticed the car park requires registration, which i initially overlooked.

this location is awesome, it got such a beauty! staff was totally polite and very helpful, i was impressed. breakfast was good generally, i liked it tho it had no marmalade, jam or fresh fruit, but i'm fine with that. room was quiet and the bed, i slept so well!
the corridors carpets did not seem cleaned in a long time, it looked bad.
