mold on the walls inconvenient shower curtain

The room had issues. There was mold on the walls. Staff only removed it with a cloth. The shower had no door, and the curtain was always in the way.

The location was good public transport is accessible.

The room wasn't great. The shower had an odd design without a proper enclosure. The floor was always wet and slippy because there were only short curtains. The slamming door woke me ALL through the night.

charming stay near vondelpark!

kind staff clean room excellent sleep helpful proximity

the staff was really kind, i found it so good! the room was clean and the bed provided excellent sleep. i was kinda surprised to be given a double, even though i booked a single. the tram stop location is amazing, and the supermarket proximity is very helpful for quick needs!

the stairs were quite steep, and i didn't anticipate that. it was a bit of a challenge with my luggage.

while the hotel doesn't offer full dining, the electric kettle in the room was very useful for making tea or coffee. the proximity to the supermarket makes it easy to grab quick snacks and drinks, super convenient.

the hotel staff were amazing and genuinely friendly, offering prompt assistance whenever needed, which charmed me. they were helpful and cute. the reception staff were super sympathetic, i thought this was so kind!

the room had all necessary facilities and felt quite spacious with a good size. i really liked the comfortable bed after moving from another place, it was like a medicine! the cleanliness was quite noticeable with the availability of soaps, coffee maker, tea, sugar and glasses.

Satisfactory Stay Near Vondelpark

public transport helpful staff great location tea provision

I appreciated the proximity to public transport it was very convenient. The staff seemed helpful and cute . The location near Vondelpark was a definite plus for walks and relaxation. I found the coffee and tea provisions nice to have in the room.

I found the cold water tap was broken, slightly inconvenient.

The hotel is near a tram stop facilitating easy access to the city center it takes about fifteen minutes. Vondelpark is also conveniently close it is ideal for leisure. A supermarket is just a short walk from the hotel.

There is no lift so carrying luggage to upper floors is necessary. I noted that there's a sitting area on the main floor that was closed for staff only. The reception seemed manned most of the time .

My room included a coffee maker which was useful. The heater worked very well and allowed temperature adjustments. I found the room and the surrounding area quiet and I slept well.

I observed a pleasant restaurant near the tram stop named Jules. The hotel itself does not offer breakfast and there are not many breakfast locations nearby. I enjoyed the tea and coffee.
