the hotel was very clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which was great given the warm weather). the reception staff were helpful. i was very pleased with the proximity to local sites, food options, and transport links. the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. they stored our luggage after check-out, which i appreciated.

The noise isolation wasn't the best. I could hear some corridor noise.

Fantastic Central Stay!

I found the location central (everything felt close!). The staff offered amazing service from check-in to departure. I really appreciated the fruit plate and complimentary water upon arrival. It was a nice touch. The bathroom was very clean upon arrival and properly sanitised.

The road noise from my room on the second floor (room 210) did affect my sleep. The soundproofing was not adequate to block out the constant traffic.
