the room we had included a balcony that showcased a fine city view. the room was equipped fully, it was spacious and very clean. the staff were helpful, especially when i asked for taxis. i found the breakfast delicious, a great start to the day.

The only slight issue i encountered was that the wifi signal was intermittent. I sometimes struggled to stay connected. it wasn't a major inconvenience, but it was noticeable.

The receptionist demonstrated really good helpfulness . They offered guidance and support whenever needed. staff assisted efficiently with arranging taxis, thus they ensured smooth transportation . i found them to be warm and professional.
