excellent hotel location
perfect location helpful receptionists relaxing massage spa facilities
the location is perfect. i walked to many restaurants and shops. the receptionists were helpful and very professional. a massage at the spa was very nice. the spa facilities are very good.
the bath faucet only released yellow water, and the sink water never became hot. blackout curtains are absent, letting light into the room all night. noise from the busy street also entered through the windows.

the hotel is near the city center. walkable access to many main tourist sites is great, and the metro is moments away. quietness is ensured, given its proximity to the center, without being right in the middle.

the staff was trained well and competent. they offered fresh coffee and various egg dishes cooked to order. the staff members are courteous and helpful, providing quick and effective service throughout the stay.

the breakfast offered many tasteful options. i especially appreciated the excellent service from the restaurant staff (they were very kind!). the room was large and very clean. the reception personnel were also helpful.
i booked it because there was a spa. the jacuzzi was not available and i was not notified before my arrival. i was promised a discount for a massage but this was later refused. this was disappointing.
