friendly staff perfect location cute service dated bathroom mould issue bad attitude

the staff were so friendly and cute. we stayed two nights. our room and location had been blown away by us! everything felt perfect. i would highly recommend it. we will be for sure visiting again.

the bathrooms are dated, and not as well maintained. there is mould between tiles. customer service could be improved. the man in charge of the luggage storage had a bad attitude.

The room was cleaned every day. This was a positive. The hotel has a beautiful lobby. Its location near restaurants is very convenient. I found the wifi reliable for my needs.

The heat was difficult to regulate. The room felt too warm at times. I did ask about it, but the issue persisted throughout my stay, I would have liked to be able to adjust the temperature to be cooler.

classic charm in a central location

the hotel offered a warm welcome after a long journey. i received an upgrade to a suite, a great surprise. the bed proved comfortable, and the shower offered ample space with good pressure. i liked the cozy living area equipped with a coffee machine and fridge.

the room's heat was unbearable. the air conditioning was not operational and staff suggested i open the window. this was not practical due to noise from a busy street making sleep difficult.

charming stay

fantastic location clean room comfortable bed

The location was fantastic and provided a full directory of things in the room. It included attractions and other services they provide. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I found a great variety of options for breakfast.

i found the air conditioning didn't work and the whole hotel was stiflingly hot. I stayed while it snowed but even still the hotel was too hot. The room temperature could not be lowered i had to open my window and endure the traffic noise.
