the hotel's location is excellent, i could easily walk to the main attractions.. it was a short walk. the breakfast staff was nice and helpful. the beds in my room were comfortable.
The room felt a bit too warm. I wished it had a way to adjust the temperature.

The location is excellent. It is close to the city center. Staff members are friendly and provide assistance when requested. The breakfast buffet includes fresh fruits, cheese, and gluten-free cakes. I used the free Wi-Fi service, and its signal was strong.
The air conditioning unit struggled to maintain a consistently cool temperature. It became a bit uncomfortable during the warmer parts of the day.

The breakfast buffet was decent. At least i could find something i would eat.
The air conditioning barely worked. It was like a sauna in the room. i complained, but they just changed the setting to 'sun' mode. the temperature never changed, and i felt they were just brushing me off, frustrating. empty promises were made, and the whole experience reminded me of a complete waste of money
