i appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff. hussein, during the night shift, was particularly efficient. he provided towels immediately upon request and helped with directions and taxi arrangements. the hotel offers great support for exploring.

The breakfast variety was limited i felt. there were only boiled eggs available. Scrambled eggs were absent. fresh fruit was also not provided.

The triple room was a great size (very roomy). I appreciated that breakfast was available each morning.

i enjoyed the pool area it had comfortable tables for breakfast by the water i had tea there too the staff helped me book a lovely entertainment show it featured performers and horses the food was plentiful with varied traditional options

the air conditioning did not get very cool even on its lowest setting i changed rooms but the problem remained it impacted my overall stay

The location was acceptable as it was within walking distance of the train station.

The room I got did not match the photos online. I also found the shower knobs were rusty and not well maintained. Many surfaces throughout the hotel were not completely clean. For example, there was dust on the handles and table tops.
