underwhelming stay i guess

room key problem annoying walk

the swimming pool was reasonably clean, kinda what i expected, i reckon.

The room keys failed all the time. i walked to the reception way too many times to reset them. My room felt miles away, it was totally annoying going back and forth every time that happened. i think it was done on purpose.

The staff was responsive to every request. The spa is amazing. I enjoyed a relaxing massage. I also appreciated how quiet my room was. My sleep was uninterrupted. The room felt very spacious and the bath was like a private pool.

The gym's equipment needs some attention. Several machines were out of service.

My recent visit proved special. The boutique atmosphere provided elegance, comfort, and tranquility. Breakfast offered fresh choices. Presentation was thoughtful. I especially valued the respectful staff who went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction.

The gym was closed. The lack of availability limited my planned workout routine. I found this quite inconvenient.

nice and smooth stay

I really enjoyed my time here. the reception team was cute, friendly, and efficient upon arrival. check-in was quick, and i appreciated the constant helpfulness of the staff. our room felt very calm. It was very comfy and tidy. the bed was great, and the bathroom was super clean (perfect!).

some advertised facilities did not work. the jacuzzi shower didn't function and the shower drainage was slow causing water overflow. despite my repeated concerns raised to the manager daily, these issues remained unresolved. (it was disappointing!).
