the swimming pool was reasonably clean, kinda what i expected, i reckon.

The room keys failed all the time. i walked to the reception way too many times to reset them. My room felt miles away, it was totally annoying going back and forth every time that happened. i think it was done on purpose.

The staff was responsive to every request. The spa is amazing. I enjoyed a relaxing massage. I also appreciated how quiet my room was. My sleep was uninterrupted. The room felt very spacious and the bath reminded me of a private pool.

I really enjoyed my time here. the reception team was cute, friendly, and efficient upon arrival. check-in was quick, and i appreciated the constant helpfulness of the staff. our room felt very calm. It was super clean and cozy. the bed was great, and the bathroom was super clean (perfect!).

some advertised facilities did not work. the jacuzzi shower didn't function and the shower drainage was slow causing water overflow. despite my repeated concerns raised to the manager daily, these issues remained unresolved. (it was disappointing!).
