the noise level was unacceptable it was never quiet i could hear noise from the rooms the hallways and the dining area throughout the day and night this affected my ability to relax

the hotel grounds were immaculate with beautiful palm trees. the main pool and adults-only infinity pool were great, but securing sunbeds required early morning towel placement. staff members across all departments were attentive to guest needs. i found anowa at reception especially helpful and bar staff always friendly and fun.

Our room was very clean and the mini-bar had free drinks and it was well-stocked, something i value. the shower offered a good size and water pressure. It was very refreshing after a day in the sun.

I appreciated the cleanliness and the well kept gardens. i noted six pools were available. The main pool and the adults only affinity pool were standouts! securing sun beds near the pool requires some dedication. It is essential to arrive by 8:00 am to reserve a spot, which i thought was early.

the entertainment shows quality could be better. the aero plane themed show did not quite resonate, though the dancers had energy.
