mixed feelings about this stay

strange smell noisy air conditioning

the pool was clean , and i found a lounger without much trouble.

the room wasn't what i expected , and it was quite small. there was a strange smell , like damp , and i couldn't get rid of it. the air conditioning was noisy at night , and this made it hard to sleep. the shower was weak , and the temperature kept fluctuating.

closed pool bar amateur shows

the pool bar seemed permanently closed. maybe they forgot about it. also, the evening entertainment felt a bit like watching a school play. not quite broadway, if you catch my drift. the shows felt a bit amateur. at least the drinks were strong, or maybe i just needed them to be after the show

outdated bathroom mediocre food

i have to say, i was a bit let down. the 'refurbishment' they mentioned? well, my 'double room balcony' clearly missed the memo because the bathroom was like stepping back into the '70s. also, the 'all inclusive' food was... consistent. consistently mediocre. i think i saw the same chicken dish three days in a row. the food was bland and uninspired!!!

pool area great location awesome breakfast air conditioning short selection pre-made cocktails

the pool area was amazing. the proximity to the beach was a plus, so convenient! breakfast was fantastic. i loved the variety offered.

the air conditioning system did not work properly . i informed them multiple times, but the engineer couldn't fix it. that was frustrating. the selection of alcoholic drinks was short. the pre-made cocktails weren't the best.

wonderful variety friendly staff diverse dining

The food was AMAZING!!! There was a wonderful variety at the buffet. I also appreciated the availability of multiple restaurants, providing diverse dining options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hallways were quite dark, which did give off a slightly musty smell at times.

mold presence dirty doors

the bathroom lacked thorough cleaning.. i observed mold on the edges of the bathtub, a clear sign of neglect. the louvre doors of the toilet were also quite dirty. these issues detracted from the overall sense of cleanliness i expect at this level.

The room was quite spacious. It had toiletries. the bedside lamps had usb c and a. the bathroom had his and hers sink with the toilet and bidet kept separate.
